They are strong enough to drive the last yin line out of it. As the creative force is fully developed, this hexagrams is called resolution to indicate this decided movement forward. It tends to effect a definitive elimination of all problems. Its excessive character is not a handicap but is exactly that which allows it to produce the required renewal of the situation.
