I Ching Hexagram 56
The hexagram 56 of the I Ching, The Traveler, consists of the Fire over the Mountain. It describes the rapid movement of Fire that shines by spreading itself throughout the Mountain, unable to settle in a single place. The hexagram describes thus the figure of the traveler, someone defined by being on the road. The situation of having to be constantly on the move opens us to the world's diversity, but at the same time it makes us fragile because it excludes the existence of a specific place that could protect us against the hazards of life.
Quick guide for interpretation
We must be careful when we miss a home to protect us against the hazards of life.
