I Ching Hexagram 34
The hexagram 34 of the I Ching, Power of the Great, consists of Thunder over the Sky. It describes a situation in which power's brightness reigns over what is superior. The title Power of the Great indicates that the creative force of Sky opens a broad range of real opportunities. Power may thus freely develop, but we must take care that this facility does not end up producing actions that go too far.
