I Ching Hexagram 15
The hexagram 15 of the I Ching, Humility, combines the responsiveness of the Earth with the tranquility of the Mountain. This association explains the meaning of a force generally not noticed, named Humility. It is seldom noticed because tranquility is one of its components. The other component, responsiveness, explains what allows it to be productive and its communicative character, i.e., that which makes it wellcomed. Thus, this hexagram indicates a force that can fulfill its duty while resting on the background.
Quick guide for interpretation
Humility is a generous force by which success is achieved without creating differences or inequities.
